The customer must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.

A valid reason for exchange must be provided.
🚚 Shipping
Our courier partner will arrange pickup from the customer’s address.
📦 Parcel Packing Requirement
While packing the parcel for exchange, the Mahir Creation QR code label attached to the parcel must be kept on the package. This is mandatory to ensure proper identification and to prevent any loss or mix-up during transit.
While packing the parcel, the customer must record a clear parcel packing video and send it to +91 93287 31712 as proof.
🏷️ Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
After the returned parcel reaches Mahir Creation, our team will inspect the product.
If the product is found in proper condition, the exchange will be approved.
After approval, the new garment selected by the customer will be dispatched.
🏷️ Stock Availability
If the same product is available in stock, it will be dispatched as an exchange.
If the product is not available in stock, the customer can select another product of equal or higher price.
If the selected product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.
If the selected product has a lower price, the remaining balance will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
