  • RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

    1. Return Eligibility

    Return is accepted only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Refund is not available. Only replacement will be provided.

    2. Return Request

    The customer must inform us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.

    Please provide a proper reason for return or replacement.

    3. Size Information

    A size chart is available on the product page. Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing the order to avoid size issues.

    4. Pickup Process

    Our courier partner will arrange pickup from the customer’s address.
    Before giving the parcel to the courier, the product must be packed properly.
    While packing the parcel, the customer must record a clear packing video and send it to +91 9328731712.

    5. QR Code Label

    The parcel must have the Mahir Creation QR code label attached.

    6. Product Verification

    After the returned parcel reaches Mahir Creation, our team will check the product.
    The product must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tag.
    After verification, the replacement product selected by the customer will be dispatched.

    7. Stock Availability

    If the same product is available in stock, it will be dispatched as a replacement.

    If the product is not available in stock, the customer can select another product of equal or higher price.
    If the selected product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.

    If the selected product has a lower price, the remaining balance will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.

    8. Color Disclaimer

    Due to camera lighting and screen settings, slight color variation may occur. Color difference will not be accepted as a reason for return or replacement.

    9. Video Requirement

    Without a proper unboxing video and packing video, return or replacement requests may not be accepted.

    10. Final Decision

    Mahir Creation has the right to approve or reject any return or replacement request after product inspection.
